Privacy Policy

This policy explains what OneVisionRC (“we,” “us”) collects when you visit onevisionrc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

1. Who we are

OneVisionRC runs this website. For any privacy question or request, email us at info@onevisionrc.com.

2. Information you give us

When you use our contact form, we collect:

• First and last name
• Institution or program
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Your role
• Your message

We use this information to reply to your questions and demo requests. We do not sell it.

Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, our hosting and forms provider. Netlify handles this data for us and may not use it for its own purposes.

We keep form submissions for up to 24 months, or as long as we need to respond to you, whichever is shorter. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

3. Information collected automatically

Analytics (only if you accept)

If you click “Yes” on our cookie banner, we load Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics 4. If you do not accept, none of this loads.

Google Analytics may collect:

• Pages you view
• Your approximate location
• Device and browser details
• How you found our site
• Cookie identifiers (cookies that start with _ga)

We use this to understand which pages are helpful and to improve the site. We do not use it for advertising.

Videos

Our videos are hosted by Cloudflare Stream. When a video loads, Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic playback data so it can deliver the video. This happens without a cookie prompt because the videos are part of how the site works.

4. Third-party content

• Instagram feed (Elfsight): The feed loads only if you accept cookies. Elfsight may set its own cookies and will see your IP address.
• Links to other sites: We link to Teachable (our course login), TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. These sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.
• Fonts: Our fonts are hosted on our own site. No outside font service is used.

5. Cookies and local storage

Optional cookies are off by default. You can change your mind at any time by choosing “Cookie settings” in the footer.

If you switch to “No,” we clear the analytics cookies and reload the page.

Global Privacy Control: If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a “No” for optional cookies.

6. Why we can use your information

• Analytics and the Instagram feed: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Answering your form messages: our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Show you the personal information we hold about you
• Correct it
• Delete it
• Stop using it for optional purposes

Email info@onevisionrc.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

California residents

We do not sell or share your personal information, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. You will not be treated differently for using your privacy rights.

8. Children

Our site is meant for respiratory therapy programs and students. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

9. Security and retention

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and trusted providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute safety. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Form submissions follow the schedule in Section 2.

10. International transfers

Google, Netlify, and Cloudflare process data in the United States and may do so in other countries. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and handled in the U.S.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. For big changes, we will make that clear on the site.
